FY-420A Automatic Screw Counting Packing Machine

Working Principle
This machine uses a vibrating bowl feeder and fiber optic counting sensor to automatically count each piece accurately.
The PLC system synchronizes the film feeding, уплотнение, and printing process to ensure each bag contains the exact number of parts.
Operators can easily set the number of pieces per bag and machine speed from the touch screen.
